SERVICES INCLUDES: Normal customs clearance for used household goods and personal effects only. Container haulage to residence. Unloading into ground floor residence. Normal unwrapping and unpacking. Minor setup of furniture. Debris removal on day of delivery.

SERVICES EXCLUDE: Delivery Areas that are rural (hard to get to areas), Mountain areas. US Terminal / Port Charge, Pier Pass Fee, US Chassis Fee, Any US Governmental Agencies Examination Fees, Duty, import taxes imposed, demurrage, or storage, or warehouse handling at final destination.

Additional charges will apply for: Any uncrating, delivery involving stairs, an elevator, long carry of more than 75 feet from container door to residence door, heavy lift items (pianos / organs of all types, marble pieces, safes, pool tables, etc.), or set up of flat packed furniture. Additional clearance fees will apply on all antiques, new purchases, and inheritance shipments.

Our rates are based on 6.5 lbs. density per cft maximum. Any containers going over the allowed weight will be charged additional fees.
