residence, delivery within residence, normal unwrapping / unpacking, minor
setup of furniture, and debris removal at time of delivery.
SERVICES EXCLUDE:
US Terminal / Port Charge, examination fees of US customs, USDA,
and FDA, demurrage, duty & taxes, storage, or warehouse handling if
applied at destination.
Additional charges will apply for: Deliveries involving stairs, elevators, long carriers (distance of over 75 feet from truck to residence Door). Heavy lift items (pianos, organs, safes, pool tables, large marble tops, etc.), or set up of flat packed / knockdown furniture. Antiques and Inherited goods will incur additional clearance and handling fees.
