SERVICES INCLUDE:
Normal customs clearance for used household goods and personal effects,
container haulage, container unloading, delivery to ground floor residence,
delivery within residence, normal unwrapping / unpacking, minor setup
of furniture, and debris removal at time of delivery.
SERVICES EXCLUDE:
Delivery Areas that are rural (hard to get to areas), Mountain areas. US Terminal / Port Charge, Pier Pass Fee, Stand by time for port pick up or drop off (would be charged to the clients). Ferry Fees, Parking Permits, US Chassis Fee, Any US Governmental Agencies
Examination Fees, duty & taxes, storage, or warehouse handling if
applied at destination.
Additional charges will apply for: Shipment going over the 6.5 lbs density per cft. Uncrating, Deliveries involving stairs, shuttling, elevators, long carries (distance over 75 feet from where the truck can park safely to residence door). Heavy lift items (pianos, organs, safes, pool tables, large marble tops, etc.), or set up of flat packed / knockdown furniture which will require a third party service or take longer than a simple re-assemble. Antiques, new purchases, and Inherited goods will incur additional clearance and handling fees.

OUR RATES ARE BASED ON 6.5 LBS DENSITY PER CFT
WE HAVE A MINIMUM CFT FOR GROUPAGE 1 x 20/800CFT AND FOR 1 x 40/1600 CFT
We must receive all US documents for clearance purposes wdith clear and legible copies of the clients passport photo page, visa, green card, resident card, and I-94 card (if Applicable) at least two weeks prior to vessle arrival. Plus, US Customs may request copies of the clients accompanying family members. PLEASE NOTE: Fax copies are not legible for Customs, therefore, are not accepted.
We would like to inform you that in accordance with our management policy, all shipments are subject to pre-payment. Past experience has shown that this is the only way to avoid unpleasant situations once service has been rendered. We are sure you can understand our position in the matter.
